Je wilt je jurk natuurlijk zo snel mogelijk hebben. Dat snappen we, en daarom worden bestellingen die vóór 15:00 uur besteld worden, dezelfde dag worden opgestuurd.

De levertijd voor Nederland is circa 1 werkdag.
De levertijd binnen Europa is circa 3-4 werkdagen.
De levertijd buiten Europa kan oplopen van 1-3 weken.

Woon je in Europa? Dan is verzending helemaal GRATIS!
Woon je buiten Europa? Dan is dat afhankelijk van het land. Je kunt op onze verzendingpagina zien wat de kosten zijn van de verzending.

Dan gaan we jouw pakketje direct met liefde klaarmaken voor verzending, zodat je snel kunt shinen in je nieuwe jurk! Uiteraard ontvang je van ons een bestelbevestiging en kun je je levering op de voet volgen.

Bij MA Dress kun je enkel een jurk ruilen voor een andere jurk, of kiezen voor een voucher die onbeperkt geldig is. Ruilen kan binnen 7 dagen, indien het product ongedragen, ongewassen, onbeschadigd is en het label nog vastzit aan de jurk. Een retour dien je aan te melden via ons retourpagina, waarna je instructies ontvangt over het terugsturen.

Na 7 dagen is het helaas onmogelijk om je product retour te nemen.

Ben je niet tevreden over je product? Dat kan natuurlijk altijd voorkomen, helaas zijn de retourkosten wel voor rekening van de klant. 

Niets moet, alles mag. Je kunt gerust bestellen zonder account, maar als je op de hoogte wil blijven van onze nieuwe collecties, acties en bestsellers, dan is het handig om een account aan te maken.

Orders which are placed on working days before 3:00 PM, will be shipped the same day. Usually you will receive your package the next working day. Outside the Netherlands the delivery time is 3-4 working days.

Then we will immediately prepare your package for shipment with love, so that you can quickly shine in your new dress! Of course you will receive an order confirmation from us and you can track your delivery closely.

At MA Dress you can only exchange a dress for another dress, or opt for a voucher. Exchange is possible within 7 days, if the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and the label is still attached to the dress.  

Returns needs to registered via our return form. After registering your return, we will provide you instructions to send your product back.

Unfortunately, returns costs are for your account.

Nothing is required, everything is allowed. You can order without an account, but if you want to stay informed about our new collections, discounts and best sellers, creating an account is useful.
