Ruilen en retourneren

Online  aankopen retourneren
Bij online aankopen is het mogelijk om je product binnen 7 dagen, na datum ontvangst enkel te ruilen voor een ander product, mits het product ongedragen, ongewassen en onbeschadigd is. Daarnaast dient het product in de originele verpakking te worden opgestuurd en dient het label nog aan product bevestigd te zijn. Indien een product niet voldoet aan de bovenstaande eisen, kunnen wij deze helaas niet accepteren. 

Het retourneren is op eigen kosten.

Heel belangrijk: u krijgt dus geen geld retour.

Je dient je retour melden via het onderstaand retourformulier. Nadat je retourzending hebt aangemeld, ontvang je instructies over het terugsturen van je product.

LET OP: SALE ITEMS KUNNEN NIET WORDEN GERETOURNEERD.

Returning Online Purchases

For online purchases, you can exchange your product for another item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with the label still attached. If a product does not meet these requirements, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Important: Refunds are not provided.

You must register your return using the return form abo. After registering your return, you will receive instructions on how to send back your product.
